This site has one form that collects personal data — the enquiry form. Below is what it collects, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted. The site asks for nothing else personal.

What the enquiry form collects
- the name you gave;
- the name of your shop or company;
- your phone number;
- your email;
- the text of your message.
You fill in every field yourself. The site does not take this information from anywhere else and does not ask third parties for it.
Why we need it
To answer your enquiry: to get in touch, discuss the range, prices and delivery times. We do not use it for marketing mailings, and we do not hand it to anyone else — ad platforms, other companies, intermediaries.
On what grounds
On your consent. You confirm it with a tick when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time — write or call us using the contacts above.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are corresponding about your enquiry and you remain our customer. If nothing came of the correspondence, we delete the enquiry within a year. If you ask, we delete it sooner.
What the site collects on its own, without the form
Anonymous visit statistics: which pages people open, from what kind of device, from which city. This cannot identify anyone and is not linked to enquiries. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser — that record is never sent anywhere.
Your rights
- to find out what data of yours we hold, on what grounds we process it, for what purpose and for how long;
- to require that inaccurate or outdated information be corrected;
- to require that it be blocked or destroyed;
- to withdraw your consent.
We answer any of these requests within three working days of receiving them, free of charge.
How we look after it
Only the staff who work on enquiries can see them. The information travels over a secure connection. No stock figures, no debts and no other data from our accounting system are on this site.
